I assume that you were using the MAIL program on OCEAN.  If you would,
please specify this in your message.  This prevents me from getting
hundreds of calls asking if MAIL on MIAVX1 is broken.  Thanks.
 
As we have stated before, MAIL on OCEAN is HOPELESSLY broken.  Innosoft
(the authors of MAIL), are working on a new version that is supposed to fix
all of these problems.  We will be putting this new version on the system
as soon as we receive it.
