Basically, the old system is just being replaced by a new system. 99% of users shouldn't even realize that there was a change (other than a significant speed increase). Accounts will continue to have the same policy as always - you're account will remain active as long as you're a student at Miami University. You should be able to access it throughout the summer without any problems. Therefore "special arrangements" are not necessary.
