I tried a telnet session off of the VAX (miavx1) at 9:45 this morning and I got
nothing.  Just sat there and looked at me and timed itself out.  I was trying
to access (rainmaker.wunderground.com).  Usually this site is very fast to
connect, but today I can't get connected.
