I'd see the prepositional phrase as modifiying the verb--primarily since it's a prepositional phrase that can be moved, thus--by that measure, at least--qualifying as an adverbial structure.  But I'm interested in seeing what others have to say about this.

How would you diagram "There is a very big difference between coca and

Specifically, would you see the prepositional phrase as modifying
"difference" or "is"?
