No reply is really too late.
Grammar remains useful in study of any language. Unfortunately,
I have quite a number of college students, whose use of English
grammar is weak. I question whether these weak users will do much
for the language development of future pupils in Texas or elsewhere
in the land.
When returning any kind of written work, I still circle errors.
This simple move seems to be effective in some cases.
