My company is looking into developing software for student use.  Our curriculum 
uses diagramming, and many of our customers have asked for it.  It's actually 
quite complex to develop and we're a few years off.  SenDraw is the closest 
thing I've seen, but it's not very useful.

We're looking at doing it with Flash software.  That would make it more engaging 
and much more intuitive.
