Dear, everyone
The other day, I found a sentence
1-a. The holidays seem to be doing her health good.
Whenever I use the construction "do+OBJECT1+OBJECT2", I put 'somebody'
(or some crops) in OBJECT1. So, in this case,
1-b. The holidays seem to be doing her good.
seem quite natural to me. Am I wrong?
Other examples:
2-a. Moderate exercise will do your health good.
2-b. Moderate exercise will do you good.
3-a. Too much drinking will do your health harm.
3-b. Too much drinking will do you harm.
Thanks in advance.
