SORRY!!!  It's meaning for here is Intensive English Program for  
speakers of other languages (students who are trying to steer clear  
of the TOEFL; they are accepted to the university from which they  
successfully complete the IEP). Johanna, the reason I thought it  
might jangle your nerves is because it has exercises with examples of  
nouns, verbs, etc.  I thought you had mentioned that type of business  
as futile.
