ARC Picnic
PLEASE E-MAIL ME ASAP AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO RIDE IN THE VAN!!!!!
This year we will be starting off the semester by going to the ARC Picnic.   Come and have a great time, enjoy the DJ, eat and take a hay ride or play corn hole.   This will be a relaxing atmosphere so you can get to know the buddies and their families.

WHO: ANYONE (BRING A FRIEND, JUST RSVP!!)
WHAT: ARC PICNIC
WHERE: CAMP CAMPBELL GUARD (HAMILTON, OH)
WHEN: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 3-7
IMPORTANT:  Transportation will be provided by Butler County Board of MRDD. We will meet at Pulley Tower (the bell) at Cook Field on the corner of 73/27 at 2:15pm.

2ND ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
We are having a 2nd organizational meeting tomorrow night at 6:45, IRV 024....If you were not at the first org. meeting AND you have never been a part of Best Buddies, please plan on attending!!!!

CHAPTER MEETING
We will have an ALL chapter meeting (college students) at 7:15, IRV 026!!!  Please do your best to be there...we will be discussing  important topics, but I promise to make it as quick as possible!!!  If you can't be there you do NOT need to e-mail me, but please remember that you have made a committment to the organization and it is expected that you will do your best to attend.
                            TEE SHIRTS AND DONATION LETTER ADDRESSES
Last reminder, but VERY important!!!  remember to bring $12 if you want a tee shirt (checks should be made out to Best Buddies).  AND please bring 2-3 addresses of people you would like to send a donation request letter to.  We will be addressing the letters at the meeting and mailing them by the end of the week.  If you don't want to send a letter that is fine, but I am sure that we all know someone who would be willing to help support our chapter!!
