Teresa Peter from Talawanda HS is seeking some assistance for a student who
needs assistance in algebra, but first and foremost, need someone who can
get to know him and develop an associated behavior support/incentive plan.
The description is below. It seems his anxiety is high and this will need
to be the first order of business, requiring you to get to know the student
and develop a plan.

"junior at the high school, he has been diagnosed with autism and is on the
high end of functioning.  He also has issues with anxiety which he deals
with by avoiding.  The student needs assistance in Algebra 2 - at this
point he has shut down and does no work"
