DEAR SENIORS,
OUR FACULTY WOULD LIKE TO REMIND YOU OF OUR INVITATION TO THE SENIOR
RECOGNITION CEREMONY, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, WANT TO TELL YOU *WE ARE
CHANGING THE DATE!*
You are invited and encouraged to attend our
*Senior Recognition Ceremony:*
*Friday, MAY 2 *from 4-5:30 at the Goggin Club Room
Because our original date was this Friday which is Good Friday for many
students and the precursor to a holiday weekend, many students were unable
to come.
*This lovely, catered event will feature recognition of students with GPAs
over 3.5 and three award recipients for service, CEC leadership and overall
achievement. It will also be a celebration of the pending commencement of
ALL senior special education majors.*
*ALL seniors are invited whether or not you are receiving a specific
recognition! *
Our guest speaker will be Ms. Lori Brown, Special Education Director for
the Talawanda School District, who will speak about future directions in
our field.
Please join us and take a moment to reflect on your years at Miami
University and celebrate both the experiences as a student and your future
in education. *You are invited to bring family or significant others in
your life to celebrate with you. *
The Special Education Faculty hope to see you all at the Goggin Lounge on
Friday, May 2 at 2:00.
