Juniors:
If you are ready to take the special education methods classes in spring
(EDP 459, 495, 494, 496) please note the following:
1.) Leave Tuesday and Thursday mornings open from 8-12 every week - you
will be placed in a school and will be working with an Intervention
Specialist most of the semester on T/R mornings. I will explain all the
details on this when the spring semester begins and we meet for EDP 459.
2.) Do NOT take the OAEs until AFTER this semester.
3.) As a major, you should NOT be taking one of these classes online over
winter term.
4.) You must take the regular EDP 495, and you may NOT take EDP 495E.

Sophomores:
If you want to take the Middle Childhood/Special Education Early Field
Block in spring, please be patient for a few days. Amy Corrington in
Teacher Education will be emailing you soon to give you directions on how
to register and further details.
