Hi all,
Our Pause respite program is expanding in leaps and bounds. We are
launching two new sites (for a total of four) and want to expand even more
as we build capacity. There are opportunities for “volunteer internships”
for students so if you know of anyone interested, please let us know.
This would be great experience for a student in special education, social
work, psychology, human services, or any related field.
*Pause - Parent's Night Out*
Help parents of children with special needs by supporting our Parent's
Night Out initiative. This program provides a positive, fun, safe
environment for kids so parents can have a night off. We provide trained
volunteers, activities, food, and fun. Sometimes we are even able to give
parents a gift card so they can have dinner on us. This program is made
possible by the generosity of volunteers and community partners.
