Hello!

I was recently made aware of an amazing volunteer opportunity and was
hoping you would help get the word out! Invention Convention is an
opportunity for students to submit and present inventions they have come up
with themselves. "Invention Convention envisions a day when EVERY child in
Ohio has the chance to follow their natural curiosity, invent creative
solutions to problems, and be inspired to achieve their highest level of
personal accomplishment. Through these efforts, Ohio’s future will be
brighter and its workforce more capable and productive."

For more information:
http://inventionconvention.org

On April 11th, the convention will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio. They are
in need of people to help with Judging (anyone can help with this) as well
as helping throughout the day with activities. We appreciate any help they
can give!

Please let me know if you need anything else,

Erica, thanks for passing this on for us! I think we are set for volunters
on Friday...our biggest need would be Saturday. Volunteers can
contact Angie directly at [log in to unmask] or by signing up
through the link below. They do not have to work the full time-frame,
although if they can, we'd keep them busy!

Thanks so much! Abby

*Calling All Invention Convention Volunteers*, our regional competitions
are right around the corner and we need you! Please sign up here
<http://inventionconvention.org/volunteer-sign-up/>.

*Our Need for Volunteers:*

Invention Convention participation has *doubled* in the last two years by
over 200% so our need for support has significantly grown!

Volunteering for the competition is a uniquely rewarding experience. The
children spend so much time developing their ideas into prototypes, that
our Regional competitions become a very meaningful learning experience for
them at the end of a long, heart-felt journey.
