Subject: Final picnic reminder/directions

See the bottom of this e-mail for directions to the picnic if you have choosen to drive separate!!

BEST BUDDIES FIRST EVENT THIS SUNDAY!!!

This year we will be starting off the semester by going to the ARC Picnic.   Come and have a great time, enjoy the DJ, eat and take a hay ride or play corn hole.   This will be a relaxing atmosphere so you can get to know the buddies and their families.

WHO: ANYONE (BRING A FRIEND, JUST RSVP!!)
WHAT: ARC PICNIC
WHERE: CAMP CAMPBELL GUARD (HAMILTON, OH)
WHEN: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 3-7
IMPORTANT:  If you have choosen to take the transportation provided by Butler County Board of MRDD, we will meet at Pulley Tower (the bell) at Cook Field on the corner of 73/27 at 2:15pm.  If you have not told me that you want to ride in the van e-mail me and I can see if there is still room!!

Directions to ARC Picnic
Camp Campbell Gard
4803 Augspurger Road
Hamilton, OH


 *   Turn left out of the bell tower lot onto OH-73 (6.5 miles)
 *   Turn right onto US/127/OH-73.  Continue following 127 ( 7.4 miles)
 *   Turn left onto Augspurger Road (there is a stop light) (2.3 miles)
You will go over three sets of railroad tracks.  After the third set you will see a field o your right with a white fence.   The entrance to Camp Campbell Gard is marked by two stone pillars and a sign.

 *   Continue down the lane until you see the sign for visitor parking which will be on your left.   Park in the lot.  We will be at the main dining hall!
