I tried to reply to your enquiry re. a conference at your university
e-mail address, and it came back as undeliverable.  What's going on?
As for the address of those temperance records, just contact the National
Register of Archives in Chancery Lane.  The full address is in a recent
issue of SHAR, because I wrote up a piece on new temperance sources in
Britain.
