I am doing some writing on cocktail lounges and I realized that I do
not know much about cocktails themselves. I looked at Lender and
Martin _Drinking in America_, but they have only a little on the
historical origins of cocktails. Any other historical references
would be appreciated. Thanks, Robert Campbell
