This week I received calls from the Baltimore Sun (about alcohol in  
the UK today) and the New York Times (about alcohol in the USA  
today).  Alas, I lack expertise on the contemporary scene, so I  
suggested other people.  My point is that newspapers are interested  
in what ADHS members have learned.  And the media hungers for the  
legitimacy that an academic title affords an opinion.
