I was contacted to verify that a "white" crow was not a gull, but in fact a crow.  It is a crow.  However, it is nearly all white, with only black bill and legs, and a little black on the head and tail.  

If anyone is interested in getting a picture of this unusual bird, contact me privately and I'll put you in touch with the property owner where this bird is being seen.  It's very reliable, and gets close enough to get a good picture, I believe.
