Hi all,
1 immature Pomarine Jaeger was observed today from Wendy Park at the
mouth of the Cuyahoga River for more than an hour at about 9:30 this
morning. Numerous Ring-billed, Bonaparte's and Herring Gulls, as well
as a few of each Black-backed Gull species. Also, 1 Immature Glaucous
Gull was observed on the gravel piles directly behind Wendy Park along
the Cuyahoga River.
Ducks were rather limited, with several hundred Red-breasted
Merganser, few Goldeneye, and Bufflehead all we could find. 1
Fly-over Cackling Goose (short neck, small body and stubby bill) with
a small group of Canada Geese came off the lake around 10:00am.
Good birding,
Brian Wulker
