Birders,
The Lake-to-Lake trail (running between Middleburg Hts. and Berea) of the
Cleveland Metroparks produced a couple of nice "sightings" or "hearings" on
Sunday (4/8) morning. At Lake Abrams a Virginia Rail was heard calling as
was a Barred Owl. The rail was close to where wetland surveys had a rail
sighting last year. A Wild Turkey was seen but disappeared quickly when I
stopped to look at him.
