Darlene Sillick and I observed the Swallow-tailed Kite from 10:30 to 11:00 AM and again at 2:30 PM at the site reported by John Seiler. The kite was soaring over the fields on both sides of the Route 62 near the intersection with Township Road 226. This is just south of the Millwood Church of Christ.
