Several of us were out birding at Buck Creek State Park this morning and
found a young Red-necked Grebe at the south end of the reservoir
(Delorme 66A3). We saw only a single duck, a Ring-necked Duck, on the
lake. We did see lots of coots, a Pied-billed Grebe, and a couple Common
Loons. On the Old Reid Park ponds there are lots of shovelers, some
Gadwall, and an American Black Duck.
