Greetings,
Sorry for the late post, but I haven't seen mention of Vesper Sparrow in the
Northeast yet this spring, so I thought I should post that Andy Jones and I
saw a Vesper Sparrow in a small flock of Savannah Sparrows on the lawn at
the parking lot for the Gordon marina (E. 72nd St., Cleveland) on Monday
afternoon (4/7). This lawn, and the outside of the fence surrounding Dike
14, are often productive for finding migrant Vesper Sparrows in April in
Cleveland. We also had a small movement of hawks and falcons overhead here.
