Hi all: Sorry this report is late. Yesterday Linda Stoller and I ran up
to see the TRICOLORED HERON. It was still present at Medusa Marsh. We did
not, nor had anyone else we spoke with, re-find the Little Blue Herons at
Medusa or Willow Point yesterday.
We did not locate the BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPER at Bellevue Ponds, but others
saw it in the morning. An immature Peregrine Falcon put on a nice show
scattering the birds on both sides of the railroad tracks more than once
while we were there. We did see a WILSON'S PHALAROPE on Road 80 at Bellevue
Ponds.
Still plenty of shorebirds at all of these spots. Su Snyder, Wooster
