Corner of Detroit and Belle Avenues, Lakewood
Observers: Paula Lozano & Bob Finkelstein
Peregrine falcon - 1
While waiting on Detroit to turn left (north) on Belle, a peregrine swooped in from our right and appeared to have landed on the east side of the Lakewood Center North Building, 14600 Detroit Avenue. After parking on Belle, we located the peregrine perched on the window ledge of the seventh window from Detroit in the highest set of long, narrow windows. This was easy because the peregrine was very vocal.
