Tim & I spent about 4 hours at Conneaute today, arriving at 10:00. Had 9
species of shorebirds, including 1 Buff-breasted Sandpiper & 3 or 4 Baird's
Sandpipers. The buff-breasted arrived about 11:30. Baird's around 1:00. All
were still there when we left at 2:00. Other shorebirds were semi-palmated
plovers & sandpipers, sanderlings, 1 Lesser Yellowlegs, least sandpipers, & 1
spotted sandpiper. Also had 4 immature bald eagles.
On the way home, we stopped at Mosquito Creek WA and had a kazillion herons &
egrets, 5 bald eagles & 1 Wilson's Phalarope.
