Add golden plover to the growing list of shorebirds that have
showed up at LaDue Reservoir in the last week or so.
I found three, in convenient proximity to there black bellied plovers.
A nice study in the differences and similarities. But, when doubt
still lingers, just wait till they fly and check out the underwing pattern.
