On Wednesday [10/8/14] at about 1330 hours, we observed (at close range) a
group of three (3) Black Vultures (Coragyps atratus) at the SE corner of
Plymouth East Road and Swanger Road in Ripley Township, Huron County, Ohio.
The sighting was just northeast of the Village of Plymouth. The birds were
off road and next to a small grove of pine trees adjacent to a partly filled
farm pond. No carrion was observed.
