Hey All,

There is a MUD Flat at the fish hatchery!!!

Today we saw the following:

Semi-Palmated Sandpipers

Semi-Palmated Plovers

Killdeer

G Yellow Legs

Kingbirds (Many - they seem to be "staging" - Kenn K. do they do that?)

And there are 10-14 Black terns cruising the upper ponds. (I have also seen them on the lower ponds)

Of course, there are the usuals.

The White Pelicans continue their stay at GLSM!! And again, we have TWO! They hang out along the south shore of the Lake - Kozy Campground Cove - Bay area along 127 and mostly -- Whereever they want to! It is AMAZING that they continue to be here -- since Nov 20, 2008!!

And migration is beginning!

Enjoy,

Jill Bowers

Auglaize County
