There was a Blackbrook Audubon walk led by Jim McConnor starting at Zimmerman Trail and walking to Headlands Nature Preserve and dunes area Sunday 4/22/07. I don't have the exact totals but there was over 70 species as others have the official records. Some of the highlights only:
Blue-winged Teal, American Wigeon, Black Scoters 2, Ruddy Ducks, Bufflehead
Osprey 1 (eating fish near Shipman Pond)
Sharp-shinned Hawk 2
Red-shouldered Hawk 1
Caspian Terns
Tree & Bank Swallows
Winter Wrens - multiple
Both Kinglets - more Ruby
Hermit Thrush - everywhere just uncountable
Yellow Warbler - 1 seen by others
Yellow-rumped - many
PINE WARBLERS - 4 (at least 4 seen by Zimmerman Trail parking lot and Shipman Pond
all in different plumages)
Palm Warbler - 1 (seen by others)
Field Sparrows, Chipping,
White-throated - many many everywhere, I went back to the fisherman parking area and there were masses of them
I can't remember the rest. The Pine Warblers were thrilling for me. Pictures of some Pine Warblers below website.
