Dear Student,

While many writing courses have already filled for the spring semester, I
am emailing to inform you of a brand new course for this Spring 2016: *EDP
324 Research and Applied Writing Across the Disciplines*. This course is
intended for a multidisciplinary cadre of students who are interested in
learning how to produce professional writing using APA style. This course
will satisfy your curiosity for research, and it fulfills the new *Advanced
Writing *requirement for the Miami Plan.

This would be an excellent course for students who are

·         Interested in reading and writing research

·         Interested in improving their own academic writing

·         Thinking of attending graduate school

·         Completing a 4+1 plan of study

·         Doing research



Course Details:

·         3 credit hours

·         Meets M, W 10-11:20am

·         Includes course discussions, writing workshops, continual
feedback on term writing project

·         Taught by Dr. Joseph E. Schroer
